A town hall meeting on agriculture to be held on Monday, June 4, from 7 to 9 pm, at the Campbell’s Bay RA will also serve as a springboard for Warden Jane Toller’s June 5 to 14 Pontiac Listening Tour.
Town Hall Meeting on Agriculture
The purpose of the town hall meeting on agriculture is to bring together under one roof the Pontiac farming community, present the 13-point plan for the development of the industry, and talk about achievements to date in agriculture. A LiveWell presentation on the production of hemp and cannabis is on the agenda!
Warden’s Listening Tour
During the Listening Tour, which consists of five town hall meetings across the Pontiac, Jane Toller will hear the population’s ideas for the economic and social future of the Pontiac, answer their questions and speak on the progress of the 11 priorities for the Pontiac.
