Forest Resources Development - Volet II

The aim of the Forest Resources Development Program – Volet II is to support projects of a silvicultural, fauna, recreational, educational or environmental nature which stimulate economic and social development in the Outaouais. Consequently, this program is a means of promoting job creation and implicating the community in the management of diverse forest resources.

 

The financing of this program is provided by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Fauna of Québec, which disburses to the CRÉO a budgetary envelope drawn from the Forestry Fund.  The CRÉO manages the funds in collaboration with the MRC Pontiac.

 

Call for Projects 2009-2010

Promoters interested in the protection and development of the forest resources must present their projects no later than April 17th, 2009, to the CLD office, attention:

Criteria and Project Submission Form

Eligible projects will be evaluated and selected according to specific criteria. The funds available to the Pontiac in 2009-2010 are $ 556 270.
