Appel de candidatures pour le Comité consultatif agricole

Poste : Résidente ou résident de la Municipalité régionale de comté de Pontiac

La Municipalité régionale de comté de Pontiac (MRC) lance un appel de candidatures afin de combler le poste de résidente ou de résident du Pontiac au sein du Comité consultatif agricole (CCA). Ce mandat est d’une durée de 2 ans (2020 et 2021) avec possibilité de renouvellement. Le CCA se rencontre habituellement jusqu’à quatre fois par année. Il peut tenir ses rencontres en français, en anglais ou dans les deux langues, selon la composition de celui-ci. Ses procès-verbaux sont rédigés dans les deux langues.

Le CCA a pour fonction d’étudier, à la demande du conseil de la MRC ou de sa propre initiative, toute question relative à l’aménagement du territoire agricole, à la pratique des activités agricoles et aux aspects environnementaux qui sont rattachés à cet aménagement ou à cette pratique. Cela comprend notamment l’analyse des règlements en matière d’aménagement et d’urbanisme ainsi que l’analyse des demandes d’autorisation, d’exclusion et d’inclusion en zone agricole. Il a également pour fonction de faire au conseil de la MRC les recommandations qu’il juge appropriées sur les questions qu’il a étudiées.

La MRC débute également la rédaction de l’Énoncé de vision stratégique du Pontiac, ce qui mènera à la révision du Schéma d’aménagement et de développement et à la révision de la Vision stratégique de développement. Ces démarches pourraient demander davantage de temps de la part du CCA.
