- création d’un nouveau dossier;
- annulation d’un dossier existant;
- regroupement de matricules;
- augmentation ou diminution de superficie (+ ou – 10%) ayant un impact significatif sur la valeur;
un certificat de l’évaluateur sera émis faisant état des changements. Dans tous les cas, les dossiers de propriétés touchant une exploitation agricole enregistrée (E.A.E.) recevront également un certificat de l’évaluateur.
