Is given to the ratepayers of the following municipalities:

• Bristol;

That, following the cadastral reform deposited August 2, 2018, the roll and lot numbers have been modified in their entirety.

For all of the property files requiring the following alterations:

• creation of a new file;
• cancellation of an existing file;
• regrouping of matricules;
• increase or decrease in surface area (+ or – 10%) having a significant impact on the value;

a certificate from the evaluator will be emitted depicting the changes.  In all cases, any property file affecting a Registered agricultural exploitation will also receive an evaluator’s certificate.
