Litchfield, February 20, 2023 – Kim Lesage appointed as Director General of the MRC Pontiac
Last Wednesday evening, February 15, 2023, the Regional Council of Mayors proudly announced the appointment of Ms. Kim Lesage as Director General of the MRC Pontiac. Kim has been serving the position in an interim capacity since November 2022 after the departure of the previous director Mr. Bernard Roy.

I look forward to working closely with Kim as we work together to revitalize the Pontiac to ensure that we become a more successful region and to improve the quality of life of our residents. Kim really hit the ground running in November as interim DG and has shown all of us that she is a major asset to the MRC Pontiac. I am especially happy because Kim works so well with everyone and has a true passion for the Pontiac’’, said Jane Toller, Warden of the MRC Pontiac.

As with my engineering work, I will strive for excellence of the services we offer and provide leadership to our partners, citizens and staff. Together we will move forward to progress and vitalize the Pontiac – our home’’, expressed Lesage.
Kim will continue to hold the position of Director of Engineering and Infrastructure until a replacement can be found. She plans to oversee the department for the year ahead as there are many major infrastructure projects taking place across several municipalities in 2023.
