MRC Director of Development Resigns

Campbell’s Bay, November 29, 2016–Gabriel Lance, Director General of the MRC Pontiac, regretfully announced the resignation of his director of development, Marc Fortin.

Mr. Fortin cited personal and professional reasons for his departure.

At the regular MRC Council meeting on November 22nd, the warden, Raymond Durocher, thanked Mr. Fortin for the immense job he accomplished in the last three years, first as general manager of the CDE and then as head of the MRC’s economic development department of the MRC.

“Marc deserves our appreciation for a job well done, and we wish him much success in his future projects,” said Mr. Durocher.

Mr. Fortin will officially leave his functions on December 16, 2016. MRC Council mandated the Director General to proceed with the hiring of his replacement.
