In accordance with Article 152 of the Municipal Code of Québec, SPECIAL NOTICE is hereby given to you by the undersigned, Jane Toller, Warden of the Pontiac MRC, that a special sitting of the Council of Mayors of the Pontiac MRC is convened and to be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at 9 a.m. and where will be considered the following items:
- Opening and attendance
- Declaration – use of the language of your choice
- Declaration of conformity of the notice of convocation (CM art. 153)
- Reading and adoption of the agenda
- Declaration of interest or conflict
- Civil security
-Flooding (Equipment – precautionary measure)
-Intermunicipal emergency measures plan of the MRC Pontiac - Sale for taxes 2020
- Emergency aid for small and medium enterprises
- Closing
In accordance with the ministerial order of March 15, 2020 and in order to comply with the directives issued for public health by the competent authorities, the special sitting will be held in camera and the elected representatives will participate by videoconference/telephone.
