NOTICE OF CONVOCATION SPECIAL SITTING

In accordance with Article 152 of the Municipal Code of Québec, SPECIAL NOTICE is hereby given to you by the undersigned, David Rochon and Gilles Dionne, Regional Councillors, that a special sitting of the Council of Mayors of the Pontiac MRC is convened and to be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 6 p.m. and where will be considered the following items:
- Opening and attendance [Resolution]
- Declaration of conformity of the notice of convocation (CM 153) [Information]
- Video recording of the sitting and Facebook live [Information]
- Declaration – use of the language of your choice [Information]
- Statement by the Warden (Decorum) [Information]
- Reading and adoption of the agenda [Resolution]
- Declaration of interest or conflict [Information]
- PADF 2020-2021 budget [Resolution]
- Closing [Resolution]
In order to comply with the directives issued for public health by the competent authorities, the sitting will be held virtually and the elected representatives will participate by videoconference/telephone. The audio and video recordings will be published after the sitting.
