NOTICE OF CONVOCATION SPECIAL SITTING
Article 152 of the Municipal Code of Québec

Campbell’s Bay

In accordance with Article 152 of the Municipal Code of Québec, SPECIAL NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned, Jane Toller, Warden of the Pontiac MRC, that a special sitting of the Council of Mayors of the Pontiac MRC is convened and to be held on Wednesday, March 30th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. by videoconference/ZOOM, and where will be considered the following items:

  1. Opening and attendance
  2. Declaration of conformity of the notice of convocation (CM art. 153)
  3. Recording of the sitting & Facebook live
  4. Declaration – use of the language of your choice
  5. Statement by the Warden – Decorum
  6. Reading and adoption of the agenda
  7. Declaration of interest or conflict
  8. Steps for the future of Connexion Fibre Picanoc (CFP)
  9. Closing
