Resort lots allocated by draw 2022

You can obtain a cottage lot on government land by participating in the annual draw conducted by the Government of Quebec, in collaboration with the delegated MRCs and SÉPAQ.

The list of lots offered in 2022 will be available on September 24.

Available lots

The average lot size is 4,000 m2 and the majority of lots are waterfront, wooded and accessible by land. Each participant may lease or acquire only one lot per year.

Registration for the draw

The registration period for the 2022 draw will run from September 24 to October 30.

To enter a drawing, each person must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older;
  • Fill out a registration form on the Sépaq website. Registration can also be done by phone at the toll-free number 1 800 665-6527 .  Only one registration is allowed per draw code;
  • Pay the non-refundable registration fee of $33.34 ($29 +GST and QST) per draw code.

How the draw works

Sépaq will conduct the electronic draw in the days following the end of the registration period, under the supervision of an external auditor.

Each participant will receive an e-mail indicating the rank obtained within 48 hours following the draw. This rank determines the order of allocation of lots in the next stage.

Allocation of lots

The location and date of the field assignment will be communicated to participants in a letter or email invitation. Participants must be present at the field assignment.

The government reserves the right to withdraw any site from a draw up to the time of allocation.
